Pay: $22 - $32/hr, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise a crew performing mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
  • Operate and maintain high-end commercial lawn equipment, ensuring efficiency and top results.
  • Train and mentor team members on mowing techniques, safety, and equipment operation.
  • Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and report any issues on properties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ensure trucks and equipment are clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in professional lawn maintenance.
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Strong equipment operation skills (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on mowing equipment.
  • Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule & Location:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
  • Local routes in Maine (Minimal driving time)
