Job Overview: Ambidextrous Inc. is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead our hardworking team in crafting high-quality residential landscapes and hardscapes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team in installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, natural stonework, and outdoor living spaces. Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure precise execution. Operate and maintain hardscaping equipment, including excavators, compactors, skid steers, and saws. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet design specifications. Train and mentor team members on installation techniques, efficiency, and safety protocols. Monitor and enforce job site safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work site. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and crew members to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscape installation, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, installation techniques, and best practices. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Proficiency in operating excavators, skid steers, saws, and other hardscape machinery. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license required. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience.
