Ambidextrous Inc. is looking for a motivated and skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential landscaping and hardscaping and are committed to delivering the best results for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a landscaping crew, ensuring top-quality work and efficiency.
  • Oversee landscape installations, ensuring adherence to designs, blueprints, and client expectations.
  • Perform hands-on landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, edging, and hardscape installations.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers.
  • Identify and address plant health issues, including pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
  • Plan and schedule weekly tasks for your crew and assist in organizing other teams.
  • Ensure job sites remain clean and organized throughout and after project completion.
  • Follow and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to lead a crew and manage day-to-day job site operations.
  • Experience reading blueprints and working from landscape designs.
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, hardscape materials, and construction techniques.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Schedule:
  • Full-time, seasonal position (We work hard for three seasons and take winters off!)
  • Monday – Friday, with some weekend availability based on workload
Work Location:
  • Based in Arundel,  ME. – Local candidates preferred
